The Talent Strategy Senior Specialist partners with the Director of Talent Strategy to support organization-wide initiatives focused on career pathing, job descriptions, title alignment, and job architecture. This role helps ensure the company's talent framework is consistent, transparent, and supports career growth across the enterprise.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
*Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to collect and analyze job data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date job descriptions and career paths.
*Support the design and implementation of career frameworks and job architecture models, including job levels, titles, and progression criteria.
*Assist in aligning job titles and career paths across business units and service lines for consistency and clarity.
*Establish and maintain a central repository of job descriptions, career paths, and architecture documentation.
*Manage projects and provide support for project management related to organizational design, career mapping, or talent review processes.
*Contribute to special projects related to organizational design, career mapping, or talent review processes.
*Provide support in developing communications and resources to educate team members and leaders on job architecture and career pathing.
*Help monitor and update job data as organizational changes occur.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
*3 years of experience in HR, talent management, compensation, or organizational design
*Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams as well as independently
*Effective customer service skills
*Proficiency use of applicable technology
*Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
*Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications Required
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3 Years of experience as a subject matter expert
* Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
* Effective customer service skills
* Proficient use of applicable technology
* Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
* Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
