This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Social, Display & Programmatic to help scale RingCentral's paid media programs and deliver measurable pipeline impact. This role will support execution across channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and programmatic DSPs.

As a key member of the Paid Media team, you'll manage campaign set-up, optimization, and reporting while collaborating closely with analytics, creative, brand, and product marketing teams. Job Duties:

  • Execute and optimize paid social, display, and programmatic campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, GDN, and DSPs.

  • Support both prospecting and retargeting efforts with tailored campaigns by region, segment, and funnel stage.

  • Partner with Brand and Creative to deliver compelling ads, test creative variations, and share performance insights.

  • Manage budgets, pacing, and reporting to ensure efficiency and alignment with pipeline goals.

  • Collaborate with Analytics and Marketing Ops to maintain accurate tracking, attribution, and data hygiene.

  • Conduct structured testing (creative, targeting, bidding, placements) to drive learning agendas.

  • Translate campaign performance into actionable insights and share recommendations with stakeholders.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, either on the agency or client side.

  • Strong execution skills in paid social and display/programmatic platforms

  • Demonstrated impact on B2B SaaS demand generation and familiarity with growth funnel KPIs.

  • Proficiency in campaign planning, optimization, and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, SFDC, Internet tools like 6Sence, etc.)

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across creative, analytics, and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.

  • A test-and-learn mindset and eagerness to drive measurable improvements.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO frameworks.

  • Exposure to programmatic DSPs and advanced audience segmentation (1st & 3rd party data).

  • Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Working knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)

  • Experience working with nine-digit budgets is a must

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS digital marketing is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $77,000 and $143,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
