MUST:

Experienced Capture Manager

10+ years of experience in Federal Civilian capture management or related roles.

Proven track record of successfully capturing and winning contracts within Federal Civilian agencies, especially in IT services, cybersecurity, program management, and/or consulting.

Deep knowledge of the Federal procurement lifecycle, including FAR regulations and agency-specific acquisition processes.

Strong understanding of Federal Civilian agencies' missions, priorities, and challenges.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in capture tools such as GovWin, Deltek, or similar platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess trends, and make data-driven decisions.

DUTIES:

Sr. Capture Manager will lead and manage business development efforts.

Play a critical role in driving growth by developing and executing winning strategies to capture new business opportunities within the Federal Civilian market.

Work closely with business development, proposal, and operational teams to ensure a seamless transition from opportunity identification to contract execution.

Develop and implement comprehensive capture strategies tailored to specific Federal Civilian agency opportunities.

Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, and customer analysis to identify key opportunities and position the company as a leader in the market.

Define win themes, value propositions, and differentiators based on customer requirements and competitive landscape.

Work with the business development team to identify and qualify new opportunities within Federal Civilian agencies

Maintain and update the capture pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are aligned with the company's growth objectives and strategic goals.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within Federal Civilian agencies.

Participate in industry days, conferences, and other forums to understand customer priorities and establish the company's presence.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications during the capture process.

Collaborate with the proposal team to develop compliant, compelling, and high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other solicitations.

Provide strategic guidance, input, and leadership during proposal development, ensuring alignment with the capture strategy.

Develop and deliver presentations, white papers, and other materials to support the capture effort.

Lead cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, financial, and proposal resources, to execute the capture plan.

Drive collaboration and accountability among team members to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
