We Offer You In Return: At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role is $25.97 per hour. Job Responsibilties: Monitor operations of fillers to ensure package proper seals and product integrity (includes film changes and product changeovers) Follow safe work practices in all aspects of job duties and at all times identifying potential hazards. Follow setup procedures ensuring all equipment are operational at startup. Follow sanitation procedures of all equipment at shutdown. Ensure proper communication up and downstream in the event of performance/product/packaging concerns Maintain good housekeeping at all times (i.e. sweep floor). Complete shut-down procedure preventing damage and water exposure of equipment. Perform any and all other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Six months of experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environment Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Action oriented and the capacity to drive for results Requires the ability to perform basic math skills and read in English Preferred Qualifications: Prior food industry experience General mechanical aptitude would be helpful Leprino Foods Company utilizes the services of Psychemedics to perform our Hair Follicle Drug Testing.
