Join Our Team as an Inspector - Make Quality Your Craft

Are you passionate about precision and quality? We're looking for dedicated Inspectors to help ensure our products meet the highest standards in performance, safety, and reliability. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a real impact.

What You'll Do:
  • Use advanced inspection tools to verify mechanical, electrical, and performance standards.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections across a variety of components and assemblies, including:
    • Machined, formed, or welded parts
    • Compressors, air units, valves, and vessels
    • Electrical assemblies and complex mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with team members to address and correct non-conformities constructively.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
  • Ensure all parts meet engineering specifications, drawings, and test procedures.
  • Complete reports for rejected materials and inspection tags.
  • Handle materials safely and efficiently.
  • Calibrate and operate test equipment as needed.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized following 5S standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen events and problem-solving teams.
  • Follow all safety protocols and job hazard risk assessments.
What We're Looking For:
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with physical activity: standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 35 lbs), and using fine motor skills throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
