This position is responsible for providing support for the administration of employee health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellbeing programs, and other ancillary programs for our global auto parts manufacturing organization. This role will assist with benefits compliance and work with our Human Resources, HR Tech, and Payroll Departments provide exceptional support to employees, ensuring a seamless benefits experience, with a focus on U.S.-based employees, including union employees. The position is based in Northville, MI, and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Benefit Finance and Administration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. Experience: 3 years of experience in Human Resources or an administrative role, preferred; experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment is a plus Skills
