Job Description:

The Organizational Change Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading a formal change management framework within the CMO. This role will support strategic initiatives by driving stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and cultural alignment from within the PMO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with experience in managing change in complex, regulated, fast-paced environments and with a passion for enabling successful transformation.

  • Establish and lead a formal change management framework as part of the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.
  • Partner with project teams and senior leadership to integrate change strategies into key initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared ownership.
  • Conduct comprehensive stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations to proactively identify and address potential barriers to change.
  • Support the development of targeted communication and engagement plans with the Corporate Communications Specialist that promote transparency, facilitate feedback, and build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Design and deliver training programs that empower employees to adapt to new processes and systems, enhancing organizational capability and resilience.
  • Collaborate closely with the PMO and Operations to ensure change efforts are strategically aligned and support organizational priorities.
  • Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor change adoption and effectiveness, providing actionable insights to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, recommending best practices and innovative approaches to drive successful transformation and long-term business growth.
  • Design and facilitate training and coaching for managers to be effective change sponsors and advocates.
  • Continuously assess and refine change management approaches in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring the organization remains agile and responsive to evolving needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field required (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in life sciences or manufacturing required
  • Experience working within a PMO or project-driven organization is a plus.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise change initiatives required
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma) required.
  • Prolonged sitting/standing required

Shift: Weekday Days, Monday-Friday

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

  • Hiring Wage: $99,000 - $145,200 annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
