The role of Staff Counsel Attorney offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional legal representation to our insureds and policyholders by managing moderately complex civil litigation involving the corporation and/or its insureds, all within established corporate guidelines and the applicable code of professional responsibility. Ideal location is open to the entire state of Florida. You will report to a Senior Manager in the Legal department. Join our team today and be a part of our commitment to excellence! In this primarily field-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working in the field, directly interacting with customers, Agents, Agency Staff, etc. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events. Position Compensation Range: $97,000.00 - $164,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
