The Manager - Facilities, Maintenance, and EHS ( Environmental, Health, and Safety) is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of facility operations, maintenance programs, and environmental, health, and safety compliance. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant workplace, supporting business continuity and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management

• Oversee daily operations of building systems, grounds, and equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services.

Maintenance Leadership

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure timely resolution of equipment and infrastructure issues.

EHS Compliance & Program Management

• Lead EHS initiatives to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and deliver safety training, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture.

Team Development & Collaboration

• Recruit, train, and mentor facilities, maintenance and EHS staff.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations, HR, and other departments.

Budgeting & Resource Management

• Prepare and manage budgets for facilities, maintenance, and EHS programs.
• Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Emergency Preparedness & Response

• Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience combined in facilities, maintenance, or EHS management, including those in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, PMP, CSP, CIH).
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments, med device highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and EHS regulations.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $94,667 to $148,763. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
