What You Will Do:
  • As a Services Delivery Consultant, you will support the successful implementation and optimization of construction-focused ERP solutions.
  • Working closely with consultants and client stakeholders, you'll contribute to project planning, system configuration, training, and post-implementation support.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about helping clients improve their operations through technology.
  • You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality service aligned with the Forvis Mazars Ultimate Client Experience (UCX) model.
  • Assist in learning, gathering information, and analyzing client business needs.
  • Assist the Senior and Lead Consultants on ERP system configurations and workflows.
  • Support project planning activities, including documentation, scheduling, and task tracking.
  • Participate in system setup, testing, and data migration
  • Deliver training and provide support during and after implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams for smooth go-live and post-implementation success.
  • Contribute to process reviews and identify system optimization opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely updates
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning of ERP platforms and construction industry practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting
  • Foundational understanding of accounting principles (Payroll, A/P, A/R, Job Cost, POs, GL).
  • Familiarity with construction project management processes
  • Experience in ERP or software consulting, customer support, or related roles a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed.
