What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and implementing integrated business planning (IBP) processes, procedures, and cadence for the Operations team.
  • Supporting revenue, evaluation, and spares build plan forecasts to ensure optimal supply chain alignment.
  • Managing the creation and execution of master supply plans for contract manufacturers and accessory supply partners.
  • Overseeing readiness and clear-to-build (CTB) material review reporting to support timely production.
  • Leading production and capacity planning, ensuring product shipments meet Synopsys' revenue targets.
  • Managing inventory utilization guidelines, excess inventory exposure, and end-of-life (E&O) processes.
  • Facilitating cross-functional communication and coordination with the Business Development team.
  • Chairing monthly supply planning meetings and maintaining critical supply planning attributes.
  • Establishing, managing, and tracking key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyzing trends, supporting new product introductions, and managing discontinuation of legacy SKUs.

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in integrated business planning, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Expertise with SAP or other modern ERP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with IBP planning tools and Business Objects reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and business analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong track record in manufacturing inventory and operations management.
  • BA/BS in Business Management or equivalent experience.

You'll collaborate closely with product management, business development, and manufacturing partners, all focused on enabling Synopsys' customers-leading chip manufacturers-to engineer the next generation of semiconductor technology.
