Job Description
OVERVIEW This replenishment technician role will support day-to-day material flow and replenishment processes at JFB Technical Center within our Integrated Operations. This role plays a key function in enabling R&D innovation by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of ingredients and lab supplies across multiple platforms. The position requires adaptability, a customer service mindset, and a willingness to support evolving lab and logistics needs.
PAY
The starting pay for this role is $49,000 annually, not inclusive of benefits as part of a total compensation package. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Replenishment & Delivery
- Fulfill and deliver lab ingredients as part of daily replenishment cycles.
- Cycle through labs on a predetermined basis to assess inventory needs.
Inventory & Ordering
- Create and place material orders using ConnectedITQer.
- Age management for expiring materials.
- Partner with Material Coordinators and Order Assembly to execute lab needs.
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and participate in quarterly lab audits.
- Learn and apply new processes to improve operational reliability and effectiveness.
Safety & Sanitation
- Uphold GMP and food safety protocols.
- Perform ongoing sanitation tasks throughout the shift.
Communication & Collaboration
- Provide excellent internal customer service and communicate effectively with cross-functional R&D teams.
- Demonstrate flexibility to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- May be asked (with advance notice) to support other tasks across the One Pilot Plant & Logistics organization.
Logistics Coverage
- May be responsible to provide coverage across the One Pilot Plant & Logistics organization in stockroom or Medallion Labs replenishment as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or Associate's degree
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong commitment to internal and external customer service excellence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as effectively within cross-functional R&D and logistics teams
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving research and operational environments
- Physically capable of safely lifting and handling materials up to 55 lbs
- High attention to detail and accuracy, critical for supporting experimental setups, documentation, and logistics workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in both manufacturing and technical pilot plant environments
- Technical aptitude for data and systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience with systems: Connected ITQer (MSP), BlueYonder, Microsoft Office.
- Development of One Point Lessons (OPLs) and process optimization initiatives

The salary range for this position is $45000.00 - $62000.00 / Annually.
