AI Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who wants to apply advanced AI technologies in ways that create real-world impact.

In this role, you'll design and deploy intelligent systems - from Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistants and predictive models to workflow automation and generative AI solutions. You'll work alongside data, IT, and business teams to transform challenges into scalable, practical AI applications that make a difference across our enterprise.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week on-site in Columbus, OH, plus occasional travel (~10%) to corporate and manufacturing locations as needed. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance or U.S. work sponsorship.

What You'll Do

• Build and deploy AI/ML applications, including intelligent assistants, RAG pipelines, and predictive models.
• Engineer data pipelines and workflows using Snowflake and AWS (Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock).
• Develop and maintain production-ready AI infrastructure with MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Explore emerging technologies in generative AI, vector search, and LLM optimization.
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate opportunities into AI-powered solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering or data science.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with experience in modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience deploying AI solutions to production with MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Snowflake.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial AI applications.
