Description
UDR, Inc. is now hiring a Research Investment Analyst to join our team at our corporate office in Highlands Ranch. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Provide analytical support for UDR's investment strategy and market intelligence initiatives. Upkeep and enhance investment predictive analytics. Create and maintain new analyses, workflows, and dashboards to underpin strategic initiatives and support UDR's macro, market, and property level knowledgebase. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to the Director - Research & Investment Analytics Position will have indirect reporting and exposure to the Senior Vice President - Investor Relations, Investment Analytics SUPERVISION EXERCISED: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Some bending, stooping, and stretching. Occasionally lifting items weighing up to 30 lbs. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Extensive data input and required ability to sit for long periods of time. Occasional travel may be required. Regular and consistent attendance on the job is an essential function. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment. Occasional evening or weekend work.
