We are seeking (1) Project Manager to join the already awesome team, taking them to the next level of excellence! GENERAL DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Vice President for Student Engagement (Chief Student Affairs Officer), this position is a key leader and collaborator across all departments in Student Engagement. In partnership with senior leadership, IT, and department directors, it leads the development and implementation of a comprehensive assessment strategy for Student Engagement initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision making to optimize student experiences and outcomes. The position oversees the collection, analysis, and interpretation of student engagement data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement across various departments. It also develops and convenes an Assessment Committee representing departments across the division and develops and oversees regular assessment training for staff in Student Engagement. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES * Develop a systematic process of gathering and using assessment data that aligns with divisional goals and institutional priorities, and supports student retention, progression and graduation. * Create and administer assessment tools, ensuring validity and reliability of data collected. * Develop policies on consistent and appropriate use of engagement data from Panther Involvement Network (PIN - CampusLabs Engage) and other sources. * Ensure compliance with all institutional and USG data governance policies and procedures. * Collaborate with institutional partners to develop easily accessible dashboards, infographics, reports, and other data communication tools for use by departments and the division, and for reporting purposes to other units. * Generate comprehensive reports on student engagement, highlighting trends, patterns, key insights and actionable recommendations for program improvement. * Prepare and present assessment data to key stakeholders, including divisional leadership, student leaders, faculty and staff, and campus administrators. * Regularly review and update assessment plans to reflect evolving student needs, institutional priorities, and new data tools. * Participate in and present findings and implications for practice at campus, state, regional, and national meetings and conferences as opportunities may arise. * Establish and lead Assessment Committee to collaborate on and manage all phases of assessment for Student Engagement departments. * Conduct regular workshops and training on use of data and assessment for divisional staff. * Provide technical assistance and training on assessment methodologies and systems to divisional staff. * Collaborate with other campus units (e.g., institutional research, academic departments) to align data collection efforts and strategies. * Assist divisional leadership with various projects as needed. * Supervise Project Coordinator within Student Engagement. * Help plan divisional events, programs, and services as directed. Minimum Hiring Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience. Preferred Hiring Qualifications: * Proven experience in designing and conducting student engagement assessments in a higher education setting. * Expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods. * Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share assessment findings with various audiences. * Ability to collaborate effectively with broad range of stakeholders across campus. * Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Educational Leadership, or related field. * Any doctoral work and related research experience Department
