In this position, you will be responsible for applying coatings to fiberglass components, ensuring exceptional quality that meets both aesthetic and functional standards. Your role involves precise surface preparation, mixing paints and resins, and executing flawless application techniques. Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal coating adhesion.
  • Mix and apply a variety of paints and fiberglass coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Maintain spray equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good condition for use.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow and address any coating-related challenges.
  • Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven experience in painting and applying fiberglass coatings is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating materials.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow instructions and specifications accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
