  • Provide expert service, installation, and maintenance for commercial HVAC systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair residential and commercial equipment including chillers, AHUs, and rooftop units
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, recommending efficiency improvements
  • Perform startup, commissioning, and aftermarket services
  • Generate quotes and upselling opportunities to maximize customer value
  • Collaborate with branch team members on complex projects
What You'll Need
  • Union membership or willingness to join the United Association (UA)
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience with chillers, AHUs, or rooftop units
  • Ability to repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, and screw chiller components
  • Universal EPA refrigerant license and valid driver's license
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interactions
  • Self-motivated with commitment to safety protocols
