Materials Clerk
Location: Mocksville, North Carolina

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00am-3:00pm) (Mon.-Fri.)

Responsibilities:

• Completes BOL, work orders & other shipping documents with accuracy
• Follows instructions to package products per customer requirements
• Coordinates & managers all DLC & RTC orders
• Communicates with carriers to schedule on time deliveries
• Manages all small parcel and heavy weight air domestic shipments
• Maintains indirect materials documentation for Supply Chain review
• Supports team lead with any issues related to quality or customer support
• Maintains accurate transactions and shipments in Oracle
• Works to maintain a safe, clean, organized work station
• Ensures that quality reflects expectations of customers

Qualifications:

• Must have prior Fork lift experience
• Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have 1 year experience using Oracle
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Follows policies and procedures, supports organization's goals & overall company culture.
