Production Associate Hoist Operator, Cedar Falls, IA

Pay: $18.10 per hour

Shift: Day, 5:00am-1:00pm

As aProduction Associate Hoist Operatoryou will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Load & Unload racks of parts, mask and unmask parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, inspect parts coming down lines, operates a hoist where necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to Lift/Carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to Push/Pull 51 lbs or more.
