Job Function Summary
Perform investigations into reported misconduct, identify risks and provide recommendations for remedial measures in North America, while supporting other regions if needed. Contribute to the development and implementation of Coloplast's Global Business Ethics and Compliance (GBEC) Audit & Monitoring program, by planning and conducting compliance and other thematic audits in alignment with the Group Audit PlanCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, People & Culture, Finance) and external advisors to ensure compliance and expertise in audits and investigationsDeliver quarterly and ad-hoc reports for the management, consistent with Group standards. Promote ethical behavior and support Coloplast's global and regional business ethics initiatives Major Areas of Accountability Tactical and operational responsibility and daily organizational interaction:
- Execute compliance audits, monitor and test controls as part of Coloplast's GBEC Program
- Conduct and coordinate compliance investigations, supporting the development of responses and remedial measures
- Prepare and submit investigation mandates to the Global Head of Investigations
- Communicate the kick-off and closure of audits and investigations, ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Follow-up on all ongoing investigations and periodically update the Global Head of Investigations
- Provide guidance to other investigators as needed
- Notify the reporting individual of investigation status and case closures
- Deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports on audits and investigations for senior management
- Facilitate the preparation of data for independent reporting to Coloplast's Audit Committee on investigations, audits, and compliance risks
- Assess and manage business ethics and compliance risks at regional and site levels
- Interact strategically with executive and senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Contribute to setting the GBEC auditing strategy
- Assist external auditors on business ethics-related audits, such as sustainability reporting.
- Support global and local systems and processes for auditing and monitoring
- Engage with industry peers to stay informed on audit/investigation processes and best practices
Strategic and tactical interaction with global organizations and with external parties
- Conduct compliance reviews and audits, likely to include Anti-kickback audits in North America; 3rd party compliance audits; transparency reporting reviews; etc., and support mitigation measures.
- Partner with leaders in other areas of the company to enhance operational processes and controls that prevent unethical behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business ethics and compliance initiatives.
- Advise leadership on Coloplast's ethics hotline process, case intake and data collection channels
- Assess business ethics and cultural risks across the Group and contribute to the development of mitigation measures with the Compliance Leadership Team.
- Engage in additional Business Ethics & Compliance projects as needed, responsibilities may include a range of tasks not exclusively listed

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, auditing or similar
- 5+ years of auditing, operational audits, investigation and forensic accounting experience in a corporate environment or in an accountant firm
- Knowledge of investigation methodologies, audit principles, and internal controls
- Ability of leading and conducting audits/investigations in a multicultural environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills to interpret semi-complicated situations and provide clear, actionable recommendations to the management
- Skilled in report writing and clearly and concisely presenting complex information
- Adept at working and learning independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally on occasion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good project management skills - able to set milestones and deliver high quality results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Medical Device or the Pharmaceutical industry
- M.Sc. in a relevant field
- Professional Qualifications, e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Forensic Accountant (CFA)
- Knowledge of data vitalization tools (Power BI), SAP and eDiscovery tools

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $122,000 - $151,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
