Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Job Overview:
We are seeking a full-time team member to support our efforts in hardware assembly, technical documentation, and research and development. This position plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient order fulfillment, and strategic growth for our company.

Responsibilities:
* Assemble hardware components that enable seamless connectivity between customer equipment and our software platform.
* Draft and maintain internal manuals and documentation to support consistent and scalable hardware assembly processes.
* Configure asset templates to ensure accurate and efficient integration of customer data into our software.
* Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels. Both for raw goods and finished products

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED

Core Competencies:
* Proficiency in following technical procedures, including manuals or internal guides.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including engineering, customer service, and product development.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks related to fulfillment, documentation, and R&D.

Preferences:
* Microsoft Office Experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
* Inventory Management: Experience working with a raw goods inventory.
* Safety: Experience with safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
* Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification in a related field (e.g., electronics, IT, engineering technology) preferred.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
This position will be based at our site in Louisville, KY no travel.
