Training Specialist role is the hands-on leader of training experiences with associates across the bakery. This role is critical to the successful skill development needs of our people, in areas including People & Food Safety and Job Skills such as operating equipment, ensuring product quality, and working together as a team of people committed to bakery success. A day in the life of the Training Specialist includes a variety of activities including - coordinating training schedules, updating training trackers and technology tools, and of course - training people! In the bakery, training is an active part of how people learn new skills, grow their capabilities, and become ready to move into other jobs in their careers. Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications: * Associate's degree and 4 years' manufacturing or operations experience OR GED and 7 years' experience * Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred * Experience in coordinating the training experiences for more than 100 employees preferred * Strong skills needed in Microsoft Office 365 to develop reports, presentations and training materials as needed Candidate should be able to:
