Description
The Director of Nursing DON is responsible for evaluating and improving the quality of nursing care, supervising the nursing department, and managing nursing resources within our skilled nursing area. This position is responsible for establishing standards, goals, objectives to assist residents with achieving or maintaining their highest practicable level of physical, spiritual and psychosocial well-being. Typical business hours that can vary based on business needs. On call rotation and leader on duty rotation. Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $110,000 - $130,000 per year.
