The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is responsible for supporting the IT needs of UC Irvine faculty, students, and staff. Your Role on the Team Under general supervision of the Director of Business Services, the Business Services Coordinator uses skills as a seasoned, experienced financial service professional with a full understanding of industry practices and organizational policies and procedures. Resolves a wide range of issues. Oversees a complex portfolio of purchasing activities on behalf of OIT while ensuring that financial processing functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, travel / entertainment reimbursements are performed with accuracy. Has authority to make purchases while exercising judgment within defined limits and practices to determine most effective methodology to acquire common goods and services. Performs analysis on problems of moderate and complex scope where situations or data requires review of a variety of factors.
