The Position
The Opportunity The Genentech Employee Communications and Engagement team (ECE) within the Corporate Communications team is seeking an experienced communications professional who is passionate about developing and implementing communication strategies to drive business performance, employee engagement and organizational culture. The right individual must be an effective communicator, a strong collaborator and have the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This individual will work closely with executive and external communication teams, stakeholders, and partners to lead internal communication campaigns, change management communication, and cultural engagement efforts; develop innovative ways to engage employees and inspire them to action; write clear and exceptional communications, business update presentations, narratives and talking points. This role offers a unique opportunity for the ideal candidate to drive the internal communications strategy across the Genentech organization. The successful candidate will work with executive leaders and cross-functional colleagues to deliver best-in-class employee communications in support of the organization's vision and mission. This role requires a presence at our South San Francisco Genentech Campus Relocation benefits are NOT offered on this posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of South San Francisco, CA is $139,000/yr to $258,100/yr. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
