Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Infrastructure Engineer (M365 focus)
to join our enterprise IT team. This role will be responsible for engineering, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 core services
-with a strong emphasis on Exchange (on-prem & online), Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and related collaboration technologies.
You will serve as a Tier 3 escalation point, contribute to engineering reviews, and help shape the company's M365 environment through automation and workflow optimization.
Responsibilities

  • Support and engineer the M365 stack: Exchange (on-prem & Online), Teams, OneDrive, Viva, and collaboration services.
  • Provide Tier 3 support
    for complex Messaging & Collaboration issues.
  • Review, recommend, and implement patches and upgrades
    for on-premises systems.
  • Perform BAU operational tasks
    and ensure system stability.
  • Create and maintain automation workflows(PowerShell, GraphAPI) and integrate with ServiceNow.
  • Participate in engineering reviews, critical incident support, and on-call rotation.


Requirements
  • 5+ years
    of experience with enterprise-scale Exchange messaging environments.
  • 5+ years
    deploying, managing, and supporting the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Extensive PowerShell scripting experience
    for AD, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and GraphAPI.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 5+ years equivalent IT experience.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications (MS-100, MS-101, Exchange/Teams).
  • Strong knowledge of change control practices.
  • Experience in regulated industries
    with complex infrastructures.



Estimated Min Rate: $55.00
Estimated Max Rate: $70.00
