We are seeking an Area Director to lead business and programmatic operations for an assigned area, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. What You'll Do Oversee Operations - Monitor the daily operations of your assigned area to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Lead and Develop Staff - You'll be responsible for hiring, training, supervising, coaching, and developing staff to achieve desired results and maximize employee engagement. Build Community - Promote positive working relationships and build community partnerships through public speaking and participation in community organizations. Manage Programs and Budgets - Oversee all program services to ensure the needs of the people we serve are met. You'll also translate fiscal information into operational decisions. Who You Are An Experienced Leader with at least two years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity. A Strategic Thinker who can recognize potential problems and provide solutions, and can adapt to changing demands. A Skilled Communicator who can establish and maintain open communication with staff, individuals served, and their families. A Relationship Builder with the ability to build community partnerships and relationships with state officials and trade associations. | |
