We have an opening for an efficient and independent Shipping & Receiving team member on 1st shift, in the role of Packaging.

Advantage Label & Packaging is located in Grand Rapids, MI. The hours of this position are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

What A Typical Day Would Look Like:

Our company is seeking an individual who is able to spend their workday standing, moving, packing orders, and working with our employees in a team environment. We're looking for someone with the ability to lift and carry large boxes of product and won't be intimidated by a fast-paced environment. The standard case will weigh between 5 lbs. and 25-35 lbs.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well with others and will possess the strength and endurance to work quickly and efficiently.

What We Look for in a Candidate:

• A high school diploma or general education degree.
• Familiarity with Microsoft, Outlook, and general computer use.
• Demonstrated ability to make optimal use of time available by analyzing workload and maintaining focus on priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
• Proven ability to interact and engage with the rest of the team and work together towards a common goal.
