Day-to-Day


You'll be responsible for assisting customers with account-related concerns, providing professional guidance, and ensuring accurate documentation. With a focus on empathy and compliance, you'll help create positive customer experiences while supporting business goals.


Schedule
| Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM (daytime hours)


  • This is an on-site position; must live within commuting distance of Winchester, KY


Responsibilities



  • Answer inbound/outbound calls and follow call scripts
  • Assist with account resolution and repayment options
  • Perform skip-tracing to confirm contact or employment details
  • Document activity and maintain compliance with FDCPA
  • Support special case verifications (disability, bankruptcy, wage garnishment)





Qualifications




  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year in collections or customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
