Staffmark is hiring on behalf of our client for a direct hire Customer Service Representative in Winchester, KY. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and providing professional support while helping customers find solutions that work for them. Candidates MUST be within commuting distance of Winchester, KY. What you'll do:* As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work closely with customers to resolve account issues with empathy and professionalism. Using scripts and guidelines, you'll explain available options, verify account information, and connect customers with the right resources. How you'll do it: Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding account delinquencies Skip-trace to locate debtor contact and employment information Negotiate payments or escalate complex cases as needed Document interactions and follow scripts verbatim Conduct account verification for bankruptcy, disability, or wage garnishment cases What you Need: High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of collections experience Strong communication, reading, and typing skills Ability to follow procedures and stay detail-oriented This is your chance to build a stable career with a supportive employer that values both customers and employees.
