Under direction of General Manager (GM) you will be responsible for drafting, coordinating, and supporting the Company's strategic planning and company objectives, strategic planning process, and initiatives relating to business transformation and change management. In addition, the Director, Business Transformation will oversee the implementation of a comprehensive transformation initiative aimed at aligning people, processes, and tools with the new Business Unit (BU) strategy to achieve customer expectations, growth, and profitability objectives. This role relies heavily on the ability to build relationships, influence diverse teams, and support action leads who have independent responsibilities. The charter for this role will be developed collaboratively with the business upon position establishment and acceptance. What You Will Do
