Position: Fraud Operations Specialist I Location: Overland Park, KS (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote after training) Start Date: September 29, 2025 Type: Contract (26 weeks) - After contract period this employer could look into long-term opportunities Pay Rate: $14.00-$20.00/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30 AM-6:30 PM CST, Saturday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST Training Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What You'll Do: * Handle inbound calls and referrals from customers impacted by fraudulent activity * Conduct investigations into potential fraud, identity theft, and policy violations * Use internal and external tools to assess and resolve fraud-related issues * Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases * Support the implementation of fraud prevention policies and procedures * Communicate findings clearly and professionally to customers and team members What We're Looking For: Must-Have Skills: * Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English * 1+ year of experience in a call center or fraud-related customer service role * Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong typing and phone skills Nice-to-Have: * Prior experience in telecom or digital workplace services * Familiarity with Slack or similar internal communication tools Why You'll Love This Role: * Gain valuable experience in fraud operations with a major telecom brand * Hybrid work flexibility after training * Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and grow * Access to benefits (eligibility dependent on classification and tenure), including: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with pre-tax and Roth options * Life and disability insurance * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Employee Assistance Program * Paid time off and more Ready to take the next step in your career?
