My customer is seeking a qualified and capable UAT, manual tester to provide a wide array of testing solutions for a rapidly-expanding area within a global financial institution. We are only able to accept W2 personnel - sub vendor and C2C candidates will not be reviewed. This position sits hybrid, 3-days a week, in Charlotte. We are able to pay up to $48/hr on a salaried contract, meaning, you will receive the 11 bank holidays paid and if you work shy of 8 hours any given day, your salary agreement will cover that time. There will be an opportunity for consistent, paid overtime at $72, so, the real market rate will end up being ~$55/hr +/-. Top Skills Required: * 4-5 Years of structured UAT testing - someone who has been doing a ton of automation is probably not going to be a fit * Digital Payments line of business experience required - understanding of Payments terminology and technology * Top-tier communication skills - this person will be interfacing with business execs and stakeholders and has to be able to effectively communicate complex concepts and status updates effectively * Mobile application testing a huge plus This will likely be a 3-year effort with the future possibility of FTE conversion if headcount opens up in the team.
