*Customer Support Representative - Audiology Equipment (Remote)* Remote | Equipment Provided
Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM ET Start Date: October 13 | Training: 6-8 weeks, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM ET *About the Role* Join our team supporting high-end customers in the audiology and hearing equipment space. You'll be the first point of contact for order placement, product inquiries, and customer support. This is a fully remote position with equipment shipped to you. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle inbound calls and assist customers with purchase orders * Accurately enter order details into internal systems * Route calls to appropriate departments or individuals * Provide product knowledge and front-line support * Collaborate with sales and production teams on delivery/shipment * Meet performance metrics for talk time and accuracy * Ensure a high-quality customer experience through effective communication *Must-Have Qualifications* * 2+ years of call center experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Demonstrated job stability *Work Environment* * 100% remote * Equipment shipped directly to you * Supportive team culture with cross-functional collaboration *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
