Program Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Plans the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Communicates with clients and other stakeholders to gain community support for the program and to solicit input to improve the program.
- Effectively plans, develops, implements and evaluates budget. Monitors and manages budget to meet needs of program, within plan.
- Targets potential grant, funding and/or revenue sources. Writes applications and proposals to support new and ongoing programs.
- Develops a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintains all administrative records pertinent to program goals and system wide policies.
- Oversees the collection and maintenance of records pertaining to of the program for statistical purposes according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization.
- Develops appropriate reports to effectively communicate program outcomes and successes for internal and external promotion and requirements.
- Develops products and marketing strategies to promote program, increase participation and ensure effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration or related field or Associates and 2 additional years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED and 4 additional years of work experience.
- Experience: Three (3) years' experience in developing, implementing, coordinating or managing programs.
