STS Technical Services is hiring a Regional Sales Manager (Remote) to lead growth and development efforts for TICO Regional dealers as well as assigned Regional Fleet and Direct Fleet accounts. This role focuses on increasing unit volume, driving product support, and ensuring aftermarket parts excellence across the region.


Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee dealer operations, provide leadership, and drive strategic initiatives that align with TICO's commercial objectives. Responsibilities include managing sales growth, enhancing dealer performance, developing annual business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong product support and aftermarket service.


Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the assigned region, overseeing all dealers and assigned fleet accounts
  • Grow unit sales and drive continuous improvement in dealer quality and effectiveness
  • Partner with Product Support and Parts teams to ensure aftermarket excellence across the region
  • Conduct sales training sessions for dealer sales staff
  • Collaborate with senior dealer managers and principals to strategically expand TICO's business
  • Develop annual business plans and performance evaluations with each dealer
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the region and the TICO commercial team
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings and sales calls (virtual and in-person) with dealers and fleet customers
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop territory strategies and meet objectives
  • Maintain key account information and activities using TICO CRM
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive products, and sales strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience in heavy equipment or truck equipment sales required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with CRM systems
  • Highly organized with strong leadership and supervisory abilities
  • Thorough understanding of company products and competitor offerings
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
