Global Marketing Manager

As a Global Marketing Manager in Specialty Care you will play a lead role in shaping future strategy, developing strategic implementation plans, driving critical launch deliverables, and leading launch excellence in key markets across the globe for a specialty care launch. This global role is a highly sought-after development opportunity, offering scope for exposure, strategic thinking, large cross-functional teamwork, and campaign content planning and delivery.

You will shape strategies, develop impactful campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth. In this role you will...

  • Play a lead role in partnering with MCT markets & regional leads in launch excellence including readiness and optimization for a multi-indication blockbuster biologic
  • Build exceptional brand knowledge as well as an understanding of the brand strategy and core value proposition
  • Drive creation of launch deliverables, content development and partner with LOCs to support their localization
  • Support external expert engagement program and congress strategy
  • Drive the agencies involved in content creation and coordinate development in close collaboration with medical, and drive timely and relevant content launches to markets, including approval process
  • Partner and influence a large complex cross-functional team including Global medical, market access, insights, and clinical development

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including brand planning and execution (ideally in speciality care).
  • Demonstrated strategic capability: ability to synthesize insights, competitive dynamics, and market needs into clear actionable strategies & tactics
  • Demonstrated agility & accountability: solution orientation and strong collaborative spirit
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a fast paced, complex, and often ambiguous environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
