*Program Manager - Retail Operations & Data Insights*
*Location:* Cupertino, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) *Duration:* 12 months potential to extend *Overview:* We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Program Manager to support operational excellence across retail and other teams teams. This role requires a strong background in data analysis, dashboarding, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements with minimal handholding. *Key Responsibilities:* * Troubleshoot and resolve escalations from retail partners, working across multiple teams to identify root causes. * Engage with stakeholders across teams in fraud and operations to understand and document existing processes. * Develop and maintain clear documentation of process flows and KPIs. * Analyze operational metrics and customer journey data to identify anomalies and improvement opportunities. * Build and maintain dashboards with a focus on machine learning insights and anomaly detection. * Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable data solutions. * Drive issue resolution and process optimization across diverse teams. * Present findings and recommendations in a clear, data-driven manner. *Qualifications:* * Strong Excel skills and experience working with data in a structured, analytical way. * Proven ability to build dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools). * Familiarity with machine learning concepts and how they apply to operational metrics. * Experience in fraud detection or fraud operations is a plus. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently and make an immediate impact. * Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures to get answers and drive alignment. *Preferred Experience:* * Background in retail operations, customer support. * Experience documenting workflows and customer journeys. * Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives and process improvements. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
