The Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager role is accountable for organizing and monitoring account specific training initiatives that meet defined business needs and/or client training requirements. They maximize the internal Workday Learning LMS, establish related processes, and provide learner support. The role is responsible for training program administration, including scheduling, communications, materials production, participant tracking as well as internal and client facing reporting. The position partners with the on-account L&D Leads, HR team, Supply Chain Management, and Business Service Line Leaders to create training materials based on business / client requirements. They act as an integrator partnering with JLL Corporate L&D resources and leveraging best practices to enhance account L&D delivery and learner experience. This is a global role, supporting our global account learning requirements. The L&D Project Manager provides oversight of all JLL and client pushed training courses including:

  • Workday Learning administration for all account related training including:

    • Course/quiz creation and assignments

    • Reporting - regular and audits

    • Trouble-shooting learner experience and/or Workday LMS issues

    • Liaising between JLL Workday Administrator(s) and account team

  • Training & Reporting Responsibilities

    • Manages and supports training programs including content development, facilitation, logistics, transcript management and reporting.

    • Manages mandatory training reminder process ensuring on time training completion.

    • Maintains administrative records related to mandatory/compliance training to support internal/external audits.

    • Manages end to end reporting procedures and employee database reconciliations related to client training requirements.

    • Works with management to improve account learning business processes and end-user experience.

    • Develops working relationships with Service Line leads on account to scope annual training requirements, audience alignment and Workday Learning content management.

    • Develops and maintains standardized training related metric reporting through the identification of client and departmental requirements.

    • Establishes reporting requirements to build training reporting solutions and maintain learning dashboards in partnership with the account Business Intelligence team.

  • On boarding Support

    • Facilitate Welcome Week training sessions for new hires

    • Creates and manages account on boarding checklists

    • Creates and maintains Welcome Week training curriculum and materials

    • Acts as liaison between HR On boarding team and new hires/hiring managers to ensure successful on boarding experience

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.

  • Preferred experience administering and managing enterprise LMS in a large-scale, corporate environment (Workday Learning preferred).

  • Must be proactive, flexible, embrace change and able to solve problems creatively; rapidly adapting to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles.

  • Strong planning, organization, coordination, and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to process improvement and quality.

  • Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Gmail, Looker Studio) preferred.

  • Strong facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment and manage multiple priorities.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

85,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
