Customer Service Clerk - 1st Shift

You will be based in Fletcher, NC.

Your main tasks:

• First point of contact for all order status requests from sales partners.

• Research order status and escalate to responsible departments.

• Ensure requesting party is informed when orders are shipped, finished, etc.

• Resolve order issues within Warehouse Management System.

• Responsible for special projects and leadership requests as business need dictates.

• Performs all other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Supervisor, Manager, or Management team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• Must be able to read and write in English

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.

• Must be able to demonstrate efficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience with both WMS and TMS systems.

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communicator, self-directed, motivated and goal oriented.
