We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Content Engagement & Strategy Specialist to join the Fox Nation team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, innovative digital unit expanding the Fox News brand. As a Content Engagement & Strategy Specialist, you have strong editorial judgment, technical ability, and a passion for making data-informed decisions. You are responsible for the curation of content within the platform. You will also work closely with the Content Operations, Business Intelligence, Product Management, Design, and Marketing teams.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle daily curation and maintenance of a vast digital content inventory

  • Establish quality assurance and reliability standards Fox Nation app and relevant tools

  • Contribute to the design and relevancy of Fox Nation's content layout and initiatives

  • Utilize JIRA to oversee bug fixes and facilitate resolutions across clients

  • Establish working and open communications with production team members

  • Assist in design, delivery, and curation of image catalog for new series, specials, and stunts

  • Coordinate and upkeep in-app marketing strategy

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • A bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience

  • Ability to drive projects from start to finish involving multiple stakeholders

  • 2-4 years of major network or streaming experience

  • Understanding of digital content management systems

  • Innovative and strategic UX/UI mindset

  • Experience creating and tracking tickets and projects on JIRA

  • Strong editorial judgment

  • Strong technical problem-solving abilities

  • Passion for and knowledge of current news and pop-culture

  • Experience with data analytics platforms, i.e.: Adobe Analytics, Chart beat, etc.

  • The desire to work in a creative, demanding, and competitive environment

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $67,000.00-75,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
