Get to know Okta The Business Operations Team The Business Operations team at Okta acts as a strategic partner to leadership, driving operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment across the company. They focus on data-driven insights, process optimization, and scalable solutions that enable teams to make informed decisions and accelerate business outcomes. The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations Opportunity Reporting to the Director, Sales Process and Systems, this role will act as a critical business partner and systems expert, ensuring our sales technology stack is not only optimized but also seamlessly integrated with our core sales processes. The Senior Analyst will serve as a dedicated owner for key platforms, focusing on both the execution of new strategic initiatives and the ongoing operational health of our systems. This position requires a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for operational excellence. What you'll be doing
Enablement & Communication: Collaborate with the Enablement team to drive adoption and ensure the effective usage of sales systems. You will provide ongoing support, identify training gaps, and create documentation to empower the sales organization. What you'll bring to the role
Documentation: Experience in creating and maintaining documentation, process guides, and playbooks. #LI-BF1 Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
