We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Service Representatives to support our Canadian members during the busy holiday shopping season. This role is primarily focused on email support (90%) with some live chat (10%), helping online shoppers resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy. * Clarify and resolve customer complaints and support requests. * Update customer accounts and records based on interactions. * Identify and communicate trends or recurring issues to leadership. * Recommend process improvements and contribute to team training. * Coordinate with merchant affiliate networks and extend member bonuses when applicable. * Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns. Schedule: * 1st Shift: 6:15 AM-2:45 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM * 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM * Shift Coverage: * 2 reps working Tuesday-Saturday * 2 reps working Sunday-Thursday * (4 openings per shift) Minimum Requirements * High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. * 1-3 years of customer service experience, ideally in email/chat support. * Familiarity with internet shopping and online stores. * Ability to navigate the internet and use keyboard shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V). * Typing speed of 50+ WPM (typing test required).
