We're growing our Telecommunications Construction team and are looking for Project Management professionals to help lead and deliver complex, high-impact telecom infrastructure projects. Our Project Managers play a critical role in ensuring telecom projects-such as fiber optic builds, wireless infrastructure, and network upgrades-are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Essential Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for long haul fiber builds including route planning, permitting, construction, and commissioning Collaborate with engineering, construction, legal, and vendor teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Manage budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including environmental and right-of-way requirements Develop and maintain detailed project documentation reporting progress to internal stakeholders and executive leadership Coordinate with carriers, municipalities, and third-party providers for interconnects and joint builds Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and vendor performance Qualifications: Five or more years of project management experience in telecom infrastructure Proven track record of delivering large-scale fiber projects on time and within budget Deep understanding of fiber optic technologies, route engineering, permitting, and construction practices Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera or similar Working Conditions: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, and sleet) and perform work on uneven surfaces This position will require travel as needed - per diem and accommodations will be provided Additional Information Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains wireline or wireless networks that span North America and beyond.
