We're growing our Telecommunications Construction team and are looking for Project Management professionals to help lead and deliver complex, high-impact telecom infrastructure projects. Our Project Managers play a critical role in ensuring telecom projects-such as fiber optic builds, wireless infrastructure, and network upgrades-are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. In this role you'll help drive operational excellence, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for long haul fiber builds including route planning, permitting, construction, and commissioning

  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, legal, and vendor teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

  • Manage budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including environmental and right-of-way requirements

  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation reporting progress to internal stakeholders and executive leadership

  • Coordinate with carriers, municipalities, and third-party providers for interconnects and joint builds

  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and vendor performance

Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of project management experience in telecom infrastructure

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale fiber projects on time and within budget

  • Deep understanding of fiber optic technologies, route engineering, permitting, and construction practices

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera or similar

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, and sleet) and perform work on uneven surfaces

  • This position will require travel as needed - per diem and accommodations will be provided
