We are seeking a Regional Install Manager to lead and manage all aspects of KI installations from inception to completion. This position is based out of the Chicago area and works remotely from their home office but will require significant travel throughout the Chicago metro area. This role is responsible for project execution, team leadership, and driving continuous improvement in the service delivery.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage installation projects from point of sale to final completion
  • Coordinate scheduling, subcontracting, and punch list follow-up
  • Attend internal and external meetings
  • Provide weekly project schedules and post-installation reports
  • Deliver installation quotes and product training
  • Enhance customer cycle time from PO to completion
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Drive year-over-year service growth


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field is preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong relevant work experience in lieu of a degree


  • Minimum of 3 years in project management or installation coordination (furniture industry); management experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Effective decision-making and multitasking in fast-paced environments
