*We're looking for a Customer Service Representative* who's ready to jump in as the first point of contact for our customers-answering billing questions, taking payments, assisting with portal navigation, and resolving general inquiries with confidence and care. *What You'll Be Doing* * Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, chat, or email-handling billing inquiries, payments, and portal support * Own each customer interaction with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy * Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues quickly and effectively * Perform basic math calculations to assist with billing questions * Maintain high standards of productivity, service, and quality in a fast-paced contact center * Stay sharp on company policies, compliance standards (SOX, PCI), and procedures * Jump in on other tasks and projects as needed-and yes, occasional overtime may apply *What You Bring* * A passion for helping people and solving problems * Strong communication skills-verbal and written-with a service-first mindset * Quick decision-making in high-volume environments * Solid computer skills: Microsoft 365, web navigation, multi-monitor multitasking * Reliability, accountability, and pride in your work *Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus * 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred * Experience in a contact center environment is a bonus Why Join Us? Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
