Job Description The ideal candidate combines strong networking and hardware troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of Microsoft operating systems. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex technical issues into clear solutions. This role is critical to enhancing the customer service experience and supporting the success of imaging products in diverse industries. Key Responsibilities * Provide advanced technical support for hardware, driver, and network connectivity issues related to imaging devices. * Collaborate with internal support and sales teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues. * Reproduce customer scenarios and deliver solutions within defined service agreements. * Escalate unresolved issues to engineering or development teams as needed. * Support software applications used in conjunction with imaging devices. * Analyze service data to identify trends and drive product and process improvements. * Contribute to product documentation and support new product launches. * Develop internal knowledge base articles and customer-facing self-help content. * Participate in service reviews and establish support requirements for new products. * Create technical training materials for field engineers and service providers. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in IT Networking, Computer Science, or related field. * Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows OS, especially in relation to device connectivity. * Proficiency in network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), security, diagnostics, and topology. * Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in customer environments. * Basic familiarity with Linux (driver installation and command-line scanning). * Ability to work across disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and firmware. * Excellent communication skills for working with customers, IT teams, and internal stakeholders. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $46.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
