Required Skills & Experience * Do not apply unless you have prior experience in the CATV, broadband, or OSP space. * Proven leadership experience in Cable TV Construction, OSP Design, or Design Engineering environments. * Strong technical knowledge of AutoCAD, coaxial cable systems, and OSP infrastructure. * Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase projects with tight deadlines. * Deep understanding of CATV plant lifecycle, including permitting, design, and construction. * Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
