The Treasury Operations Support Specialist is part of a unique department within our organization in which we have both client and corporate financial responsibilities.

You will have the flexibility to choose an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bank deposits related to claim overpayments and other misc. checks
  • Maintain financial security by following internal controls
  • Maintain adequate documentation of work procedures
  • Research and respond to customers and internal department inquiries
  • Identify, account for, and follow through with corrective action for exception items
  • Recommend and implement process and procedures changes
  • Provide support to customers and other Treasury staff

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 6+ months of experience working in an office setting
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Creating and editing spreadsheets, data entry, sorting, pivot tables)
  • Must be able to work onsite at 115 W. WAUSAU AVE., WAUSAU, WI up to 2-3 days per week
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. It may be necessary, given business need, to work occasionally overtime or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with fundamental practices and procedures of accounting, financial management or control
  • Experience with Microsoft Access

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Reside within commutable distance to the office at 115 W. WAUSAU AVE., WAUSAU, WI
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 - $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
