Coordinator, Emergency Department Project and Operations

Regions Hospital in Saint Paul, MN is looking to hire a Project Coordinator, ED Operations to join our Emergency Medicine team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

The Project Coordinator position involves oversight and direction from various directors and managers, ensuring the daily operation and activities of the Regions Emergency Department staff, education, and SANE program. Additionally, it provides project coordination, administrative support, office duties, department communication, and other duties as assigned for the Emergency Department and SANE program.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday, Regular Business Hours

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination/administrative or other complex, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous administrative and project coordination experience with knowledge of healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with departmental budgets.
• Familiar with emergency department operations.
• Notary Public preferred, not required.
• Direct experience utilizing Microsoft Office.
